Ashley is a highly skilled property and legal professional with extensive leadership experience in retail leasing, project management, retail property development and asset management.

Ashley joined Minda in February 2023 as Executive Director of Infrastructure and Services and looks to further build on the organisation's existing capabilities in service delivery and empowering people with an intellectual disability.

Tania brings a 30-year housing background to her role as Strategy and Assurance Manager for MHL. With a focus on Regulation and Compliance, Tania has senior experience in the not-for-profit sector including leadership, asset management, tenancies, property development and project management.

Tania is a Certified Senior Housing Professional (SPAHIc) with the Australasian Housing Institute and has a Diploma in Property Services.  Working in the Disability Sector brings enormous satisfaction to Tania, particularly in the tenant safeguarding space.

When not at work she enjoys travelling, boxing and spending time with her grown children and extended family.

Holly Sharp is the Facilities Coordinator within MHL. Holly brings to the role over 12 years’ experience in property services sector across aged care , residential and corporate real estates. Holly holds a Diploma in Property Services and has a strong focus on asset management, the client experience and contractor management.

She is passionate about providing well maintained homes that support tenants to live independently within the community.

Outside of work, Holly’s is kept very busy parenting her 3 adorable young children.

Lisa brings extensive front line experience in the social sector and within social housing in remote Western Australia. Lisa holds a Certificate IV in Property Services and delivers the full suite of tenancy management services. Minda Housing provides Lisa with enormous satisfaction to practice and model a person centered service, and the ability to share her knowledge and skills to build the tenancy team.

With the permanent move to South Australia, Lisa is enjoying city life again and exploring the state’s natural wonders with her family.

Jason is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and been with Minda since February 2021. Working in the not for profit disability sector in Adelaide since 2016 he has a great understanding of the NDIS and its transition. Jason enjoys being part of the changing disability landscape and its challenges. Prior to this he was in senior finance commercial and project roles in the UK and working internationally for Listed and Multi-National companies in Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Distribution & logistics.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking.

Nicole is new to the disability sector, and enjoys working with the Minda Housing team. Nicole has a legal and advocacy background, and provides team support.

Cassidy has a background working across the health care and housing sectors and is excited to now be working alongside the rest of the Minda Housing team. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and training for a marathon.
